1

Arrival

When you arrive for your appointment, please check in with our reception team and alert them of any changes in your pet since you scheduled the appointment. If you brought medical records, urine, or stool samples, please give them to our reception team at this time.
2

Weighing

Our reception team will ask you to weigh your pet if he or she appears to be over 30 pounds (smaller pets will be weighed in the back on our smaller scales as part of the exam).
3

After you are checked in, please take a seat and wait in our waiting area
4

Medical History

A Veterinary Assistant will ask you to bring your pet into the exam room. The Assistant will confirm the reason for your visit, and weigh your pet if it hasn't been done yet. The Veterinary Assistant will gather supplies and equipment for the doctor based on the reason for your visit.
5

Check Up

Then, one of our veterinarians will examine your pet, ask you further questions, and then may recommend diagnostic tests if needed. Once the tests have been run, which can usually be done right here in the clinic, your doctor will discuss a possible diagnosis and treatment plan if warranted.
6

Questions

This is a great time to ask questions. Our veterinary team wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable with the information we’re providing.
7

Wrap Up

Following your visit with the doctor, we will ask you to return to the waiting room. During this time your pet's chart will be finished, medicine or supplies going home will be gathered, and information sheets will be printed.
8

Payment

Our reception team will review the doctor’s instructions and confirm any medicine or supplies we are sending home. They will then call you up to the counter and process your payment and schedule a follow up visit if needed.
